L'Oreal Lagune Extase Lipstick n.286 - Review

Hi girls,

today I'm going to show you my favourite lipstick of the moment.

Since I cut my my hair, I noticed I'm more prone to wear bold lipstick... finally!

I've always been a lipstick girl, but I didn't really had the chance to wear it without looking too much, and the short hair allow me to wear more "colored" lip colors, besides of the usual nude/rosy ones.

oggi parliamo del mio rossetto preferito del momento.

Da quando ho tagliato i capelli mi piace di più indossare rossetti con colori più decisi dal solito nude/rosino.

Ultimamente sto indossando questo colore splendido di L'Oreal, della linea Lagune Extase, linea di rossetti creata per il festival di Venezia.

The color I chose is the 286, inspired by the designer Angelos Bratis.

On the packaging there is a lovely picture of one of the sketches of the latest collection of gowns... I adore it.

Il colore che ho scelto è il numero 286, ispirato dallo stilista Angelos Bratis.

Sul packaging c'è stampata una riproduzione di un bozzetto dell'ultima collezione di abiti. 

A mio avviso le creazioni di questo designer sono una meraviglia.

The color in itself is a red/coral with a hint of blue toned shimmer. 

I adore the way it wears on my skintone, it suits perfectly. I thought it was probably too bright for me, but I was wrong!! It's not so intense.

Il colore in sé è un corallo che vira al rosso con un tocco di shimmer blu.

Adoro come sta sulla mia carnagione. Credevo fosse troppo acceso, invece, per qualche strano arcano cromatico, non è neanche così eccessivo.

Personally, I wouldn't wear it on a daily basis, it looks awsom on me, but is more on the evening side color for my taste. The texture is really creamy, opaque and the finish is really good too.

It covers up the lips without altering the color and the finish is kind of the "amplified" by MAC one... the difference is in the shimmer, that gives a little more light to the lips.

It lasts the regular hours for a lipstick: 2/3 hours. If you blot it very well, for one/two times, it stays longer.

Personalmente, non indosserei questo colore di giorno. Lo uso spesso, ma più per la sera che non per le ore diurne. Mi sta molto bene come colore, ma per il mio gusto personale non è per tutte le ore del giorno.

La texture è cremosa, ottima, ed è coprente già ad una prima passata, il che non è da tutti i rossetti.

Il finish è simile a quello dei rossetti "amplified" di MAC, ma la particolarità dello shimmer dà un sacco di luce in più al colore.
